When visiting our Needham showroom, please stop at the main office upon entry so we can connect you with the project manager who will guide you through our process. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday for 30 or 60 minutes.

Take 90W to Exit 15 for I-95/Rt-128 S, follow signs for I-95 S/128 S. Merge onto I-95 S/ Rt-128 S. Take exit 19A to merge onto Highland Ave toward Newton Highlands. Take 90E to Exit 14 to merge onto I-95 S toward S Shore. Take exit 19A to merge onto Highland Ave toward Newton Highlands. Whether you are coming from east or west, take the Chestnut St exit. Follow until you reach Oak St in Upper Falls. Take a right onto Oak and follow until the next set of lights (Highland Ave). Take a right on highland ave and before you get to your next set of lights, take a right onto Highland Circle (just after D’Angelos). We are located at #39 Highland Circle at the far end of the cul-de-sac.
I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Marina was so patient with me as I sorted through many samples to make my final decision. They were able to guide my installer to deliver the right measurements and shipped the final cut product quickly and efficiently. The process was seamless, and we are thrilled with the end result!
The Carpet Workroom gave us an initial date in early July for install but when we notified them of our earlier timeline, they were incredibly accommodating and made an earlier date work. I appreciate the excellent customer service they offer, especially during these current times when quality labor and in-home services like theirs are so in demand. They are passionate about their customers meeting timelines and it’s clear they will do whatever it takes to get the job done in a timely manner. They showed up on install day on time, were efficient, organized and overall very professional.

I absolutely loved working with the Carpet Workroom! From start to finish, every person I worked with was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Every request for samples or photos was answered right away and backed up with knowledge about the specific products. The team went above and beyond to make sure my favorite styles would be a good match for my set of stairs and my family’s lifestyle. I always felt like they genuinely cared about me as a customer and weren’t just trying to upsell me.
Where do I begin? I’m in love with The Carpet Workroom. Matt was so amazing from my first “hey I’m in Miami looking for nontoxic runners that won’t get stuck in my little dog’s nails and is also cute”, and even though they are in Boston, MA he said they could help without hesitation. Even though I’m in Miami, FL, the picking out of the product (check out their amazing Instagram), the financial matters, the actual installation logistics was a BREEZE! The carpet itself is incredible. It’s beautiful, durable and trendy but also SAFE (flat weave wool).
The absolute best experience and I couldn’t recommend them more!!! We worked with Jackson, who made the process so easy and enjoyable! He not only worked within our budget and was extremely patient, but also he offered great recommendations based on our needs. He went above and beyond, staying in constant communication. We initially were hesitant due to COVID – but he helped us do everything remotely and we never had to worry. I know he had our best interest in mind with everything he did, and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again on future projects. Jim installed the carpet and did a fantastic job! He was professional, worked quickly, and very friendly. Start to finish, I’m so impressed!

As soon as a 60% deposit is received and an order placed for in-stock stair runner material, we schedule installations 4-6 weeks out. If material is non-stocking, it may take longer depending on the timeline.

If you have pets in the home, we recommend flat-weave wool, cut pile, and loop pile carpet styles.
Collect photos of the room, hall, or stairs you’d like carpeted and take some measurements, if possible.
Take note of any materials you may want to use. Visit our blog, gallery, or online store for inspiration. If you’re nearby, you can always visit our locations before making your final decision.
