Will Showrooms Be Open?
Unfortunately our showrooms will be closed during the weekend of the sales tax holiday. In order to take advantage of this tax exemption, you must begin the process in the days leading up to it and be ready to submit payment on August 10th or 11th. What’s Exempted?
During this tax holiday, you can enjoy a sales tax exemption on special order items priced at $2,500 or less. Whether you’re looking to revamp your stairways or add a touch of elegance to your hallways, now is the time to act! To clarify, the each custom item must be $2,500 or less not the final bill order.
How to Qualify for the Tax Exemption:
- Full Payment Required: To benefit from the tax holiday, the entire purchase must be paid in full on August 10th or 11th.
- You Can Begin the Process Before The Holiday: You can make your selections
- No Deposits or Partial Payments: Only orders fully paid on the tax holiday dates are eligible. Previous deposits do not qualify.
- $2,500 Limit: Each item must be priced at $2,500 or less to qualify. If the total order exceeds this amount, the entire purchase is subject to tax.
- Multiple Items: You can buy multiple items tax-free as long as each is $2,500 or less.
Examples:
- Eligible: Buy a runner for $1,500 and a rug for $1,200 in a single transaction—both items are tax-free!
- Not Eligible: Purchase a custom rug for $3,000—this exceeds the $2,500 limit and will be taxed.
