Yes. Bolon is also used in kindergartens and play rooms because  the structure is soft and smooth.

Is it waterproofed?

Bolon flooring is water resistant and does not allow water to penetrate.

Does the floor show visible marks/color difference on areas where items (furniture, machines etc) have been laid on after removing them?

Depending on time and pressure. It could possibly shows visible marks after removing furniture, although normally the visible mark will disappear over time.

Does it loose color and/or shape after years of usage?


  • For daily cleaning we recommend vacuum cleaning.
  • For wet cleaning, use a scrubbing brush and dry the floor with a soft / microfiber cloth.
  • Never use acetone or polish on Bolon flooring.
